★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner Laden mit begrenzter Auswahl. Die neuesten Smartphones gibt es nicht, hängt so ca. vier Wochen der Verfügbarkeit auf Ebay hinterher. Verkäufer war für tschechische Verhältnisse recht freundlich, verlangte allerdings versuchsweise mehr Kronen als die Preisauszeichnung. Das Mi 9T war bei Ebay übrigens genau 100 Euro billiger als hier im Mi-Store.
Small shop with limited choice. The latest smartphones are not available, so depends on about four weeks of availability on Ebay. Seller was quite friendly for Czech conditions, but demanded more krona than the price tag. By the way, the Mi 9T on Ebay was exactly 100 euros cheaper than here in the Mi-Store.

Hatte mir Amazfit Power buds gekauft, gingen nicht bin gleich am nächsten Tag hin, der Verkäufer meinte ich soll es nochmal probieren, natürlich ging es wieder nicht. Ich wieder hin. Wollte umtauschen, der Verkäufer müsste den vorgesetzten anrufen, ich wartete über 1stunde darauf, dann hieß es das er mir die Ausstellungs Stücke geben sollte wo ich gesehen habe das die schon gebrauch spüren aufwiesen. Ich lehnte ab. Dann sollte ich ein Beschwerde Brief ausfüllen. Unglaublich wie man hier mit Kunden um geht. Habe genau 116euro verloren durch den Betrüger Shop
Beware of loading scammers !!! I bought Amazfit Power Buds, didn't go there the next day, the seller said I should try it again, of course it didn't work again. I go back. Wanted to exchange, the seller would have to call the superior, I waited over an hour for it, then it was said that he should give me the exhibition pieces where I saw that they were already in use. I refused. Then I should fill out a complaint letter. It's unbelievable how you deal with customers here. I lost exactly 116euro through the fraudulent shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 3.9.2020 jsem si nechal nalepit gelovou fólii za 499,- Kč na můj telefon HUAWEI. Fólie měla po nalepení uprostřed takové malé varhánky. Prodavač Dominik Z. mě ubezpečil, že se fólie do 2 dnů narovná k dokonalosti. Bohužel se tak nestalo. Jelikož jsem byl mimo Plzeň 11 dní, tak jsem šel fólii dnes reklamovat. Jiný prodavač mě ochotně nalepil fólii novou, avšak výsledek je ještě horší (větší varhánky).
Jak je vůbec možné, že prodáváte a lepíte na telefony fólie za 499,- Kč, které mají vadu a nejsou dokonalé ?
On September 3, 2020, I had a gel foil glued for CZK 499 on my HUAWEI phone. The foil had such a small organ in the middle after gluing. Salesman Dominik Z. assured me that the foil would be straightened to perfection within 2 days. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Since I was out of Pilsen for 11 days, I went to complain about the film today. Another seller willingly glued me a new foil, but the result is even worse (larger organ).
How is it even possible that you sell and stick foils on phones for CZK 499, which have a defect and are not perfect?
