P	Pavel Solsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ YIT projekt - Aalto Cibulka - na plakátech ukazují pouze tu lepší část projektu otočenou do přírody, realita je podstatně horší - hned za budovou rezidence, která je zbytečně až trestuhodně předimenzována, je nalepená ohromná šesti-patrová budova staré továrny z padesátých let, která bere komplet výhled na město. Nikdo se rovněž nezamyslel nad kvalitou a kapacitou příjezdových komunikací, městská infrastruktura téměř žádná, obchody taky ne. V lokalitě zoufale chybí místa ve školách a školkách již dnes, na tož po otevření tohoto mega-projektu. Investor se chová arogantně - stavba pokračuje vesele o víkendech i svátcích a často i v nočních hodinách bez ohledu na sousedské vztahy - nový usedlící rozhodně nebudou vítáni místními... The YIT project - Aalto Cibulka - the posters show only the better part of the project facing nature, the reality is much worse - right behind the residence, which is unnecessarily even punishably oversized, is a huge six-storey building of an old factory from the fifties, which takes complete city view. Nobody also thought about the quality and capacity of access roads, almost no urban infrastructure, nor shops. The locality is desperately missing places in schools and kindergartens today, especially after the opening of this mega-project. The investor behaves arrogantly - the construction continues cheerfully on weekends and holidays and often even at night, regardless of the neighborly relations - new settlers will definitely not be welcomed by local ...

Dva mesiace po nasťahovaní zostávajú niektoré problémy stále nevyriešené s tým že si ich máme ako vlastníci bytu riešiť samostatne s ich dodávateľmi. (nefungujúce bytové zvončeky, netesniace vchodové dvere, poškrábané okná, našlo by sa toho viac...). Stavba omeškaná o 3 mesiace bez uvedenia akéhokoľvek relevantného dôvodu - to všetko bez nejakej adekvátnej komunikácie. Neodporúčam. The overall quality of the apartment, equipment is very below average. Two months after moving in, some problems still remain unresolved, with us as apartment owners having to solve them separately with their suppliers. (non-functioning apartment bells, leaking entrance doors, scratched windows, more could be found ...). Construction delayed by 3 months without giving any relevant reason - all without any adequate communication. I do not recommend.
D	Dumitru Dascal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dám jeden start vývojáři a řeknu proč: 1. Po 2 týdnech od koupě bytu snížili ceny bytů a nechtěli znovu jednat o cenách. 2. Výstavbu zpozdili o 3 měsíce bez udání důvodu. 3. Nebyla provedena řádná kontrola bytu před předáním: - Kuchyňská kanalizace nebyla připojena ( jen plastová trubka ve zdi bez připojení). - Topení původně fungující na 50% muselo být opraveno. - Dřevěná podlaha je příšerná, tvrdí, že to dělají podle "normy", ale norma je tak nízká, že to tak nikdo neudělá. Pravidelně se objevují praskliny a špatně seřízené desky. - Systém "chytré domácnosti" tak nějak funguje, ale musím každý měsíc volat technika, aby některé věci opravil. - Chybí dokončovací práce ( mezery na soklu a dalších místech ). 4) Dobré věci: - obklady v koupelně jsou v pořádku, vše co se týká koupelny bylo v pořádku. - okna se zdají být kvalitní I'll give one start to the developer and say why: 1. After 2 weeks of buying an apartment, they reduced the prices of apartments and did not want to negotiate prices again. 2. Construction was delayed by 3 months without giving a reason. 3. The apartment was not properly inspected before handover: - The kitchen sewer was not connected (only a plastic pipe in the wall without connection). - The heating, originally operating at 50%, had to be repaired. - The wooden floor is terrible, they say they do it according to the "standard", but the standard is so low that no one will. Cracks and poorly adjusted boards appear regularly. - The "smart home" system somehow works, but I have to call a technician every month to fix some things. - Lack of finishing work (gaps on the plinth and other places). 4) Good things: - The tiles in the bathroom are fine, everything about the bathroom was fine. - The windows seem to be of good quality

Your employee Tomas Raab is the ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT employee, who simply cannot put on the plans what is asked for. I had to point out 3 times to the exactly the same things he was not able to add to the plan. Then he finally managed to produce a correct plan. Today I got the calculations for the changes I'll have to pay for and got sent A WRONG PLAN AGAIN (were the calculations made based on that plan? I don't know.). This is simply ridiculous. I have no idea, why this person is not let go yet (is he someone's son/nephew???) My friends, who bought an apartment from YIT were also complaining about him specifically, it was a year ago.
