★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yoco salon jsme navstivili s nasi fenkou zlateho retrivera s pozadavkem na vykoupani a ostrihani. Misto zlateho retrivera nam byl vracen pudlik. Nejsme z tech, kteri maji za cil nekomu zamerne skodit, prece jen i mistr tesar se nekdy utne, ale aby pani majitelka misto navrhu reseni reklamace jen zvysovala hlas a odmitla navrhnout jakekoliv jeji reseni, to bylo i na nas moc. Pani majitelka nejdrive argumetovala tim, ze pozadavek ostrihat rovna se oholit, posleze tim, ze pes je zanedbany a nevycesany. Psa vycesavame dvakrat tydne a pokud se objednam na jeho koupani a strihani, nevidim duvod proc jej pred tim vycesat, proto jdu preci do salonu. Nasi chybou bylo, ze jsme za sluzbu bohuzel zaplatili a reklamovali az posleze. Budiz to pro ostatni odstrasujicim prikladem.
We visited Yoco salon with our Golden Retriever bitch with a bathing and haircut. A poodle was returned to us instead of a golden retriver. We are not among those who aim to harm somebody purposefully, even the master carpenter sometimes cuts off, but the owner instead of proposing a complaint just raised the voice and refused to propose any solution, it was too much for us. Mrs. owner first argued that the requirement to cut straight to shave, then that the dog is neglected and unresolved. Dog vycesavame twice a week and if I order to his bathing and cutting, I do not see why it before vycesat, therefore, go to the salon. Our mistake was that we paid and complained for the service, and eventually. Let it be an example to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pejska je opravdu skvěle postaráno a moc rad se tam vrací. Doporučeno nam, co náš pes potřebuje, a všechno bylo uděláno. Finální efekt je úžasný a nas pejsek je moc šťastný. Dobrá cena za dobré služby. Mohu jen doporučit! ❤️❤️❤️
The dog is really well taken care of and a lot of advice is coming back there. We were recommended what our dog needs and everything was done. The final effect is amazing and our dog is very happy. Good price for good service. I can only recommend! ❤️❤️❤️
