V nenáhodně vybrané datum 5. 5. 2015 jsem pro Vás současné i potenciální budoucí jogínky a jogíny otevřela prostor, jehož ambicí je být nejen místem na praktikování jógy, ale i sdílení zkušeností a životních příběhů, předávání inspirace a úsměvů a pořádání jedno - i vícedenních akcí a workshopů a mnoho dalšího.
Studio se nachází na Praze 2 v samém srdci krásných Vinohrad kousek od náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad, které je známé pro své pravidelné trhy, příjemné kavárny a restaurace a milou komunitu místních lidí. Je to od nás kousek i na Prahu 3 - Žižkov a Prahu 10 - Vršovice a necelých 10 minut tramvají na rušnou IP Pavlovu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have learnt to love yoga in this little studio conveniently located by Jiřího z Poděbrad square. All teachers I have met there displayed great enthusiasm, but also take care in preventing any possible injuries. None of them does it "for show", but from the heart and for better well-being of everyone. They are clearly very well-trained. The classes are never big, so the teachers can notice and correct any possible injury-inducing positions.
Another thing I appreciate about this studio, is that despite not being very big, it offers a wide range of different classes, which really are different! It is possible to experience there not only various hatha yoga classes, as well as vinyasa, but also quite unique strala and very interesting meditation/detox classes.
I feel lucky that I work nearby, so I can attend yoga classes in this studio.

They are very supportive and kind to all the yogis. It's like a family atmosphere here. Everybody knows one another.
I highly recommend this studio to all yoga lovers at all levels. ✌
