I	Iveta Gavendová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme s manželem moc spokojení-výborné jídlo,milý personál,luxusní bazén.Přidali jsme si i procedury-pan masér je velice milý a sympatický, a hlavně..má zlaté ruce.Taktéž paní Iveta je moc šikovná a milá- bohužel jsme ji zastihli poslední den v práci a již zde nepracuje.Navíc zdarma bonus-swingový večer a následně další posezení s živou hudbou venku u hotelu?. My husband and I were very satisfied-excellent food, nice staff, luxury pool. We also added procedures-Mr. masseur is very nice and sympathetic, and most importantly .. she has golden hands. Also Mrs. Iveta is very handy and nice- unfortunately we they caught the last day of work and no longer work here. In addition, a free bonus-swing evening and then another sitting with live music outside at the hotel.

Luxusní snídaně , pěkný bazén a welness, na recepci nám poradily kam a jak na výlet a dokonce nám zajistily vlastní odvoz na Pustevny. Takže doporučujeme. We are here for the second time. And we will be happy to return. Nice staff. Luxurious breakfast, nice pool and wellness, the reception advised us where and how to go on a trip and even provided us with our own transport to Pustevny. So we recommend.

Beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff. The food was excellent and the rooms clean. We really enjoyed our stay, I can only recommend and we will definitely be back.

R	Roman Mican on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurace- pivnice: Když vejdete do restaurace nikdo Vás nepřivítá, nepozdraví a neusadí, dáte si pivo ke kterému Vám nic nenabídnou, protože si spěchají zdrbnout sednout si za bar kde mají něco podstatně důležitějšího než se věnovat zákazníkovi, dál jsem si pivo a k pivu rád třeba tyčinky, pořád jsem koukal po servírkách ale byly vidět jen vršky hlav, jak seděly za barem když už jsem měl pivo málem dopito tak konečně dorazila servírka a mohl jsem si doobjednat, znechuceně mi donesla tyčinky. Nevím asi už mě chtěla vyúčtovat a já si chtěl doobjednat další pivo když už jsem měl konečně ty tyčinky ale to už nemluvila se mnou ale s přítelkyni, jí se zeptala jestli chce pivo ale na mě ani nekoukla a odcházela. Tak až když donesla pivo přítelkyni tak jsem si tedy doobjednal druhé pivo :-). Strašné, byly tam jen tři stoly v 17hodin v sobotu podvečer. Takhle to dnes funguje v pohostinství, měl jsem v životě 7 restaurací ale zákazník byl vždy až na prvním místě. Jinak prostředí čisté ale neútulné. Ale to je dnešní trend. Restaurant-pub: When you enter the restaurant, no one will welcome you, greet you or settle you, you will have a beer to which they will not offer you anything, because they are in a hurry to sit down at the bar where they have something much more important than paying attention to the customer, I like beer and beer sticks, for example, I was still looking for waitresses, but only the tops of my heads could be seen sitting behind the bar when I had beer, so the waitress finally arrived and I could order, she brought me sticks in disgust. I don't know, she probably wanted to bill me and I wanted to order another beer when I finally had the bars, but she didn't talk to me but my girlfriend, she asked her if she wanted a beer, but she didn't even look at me and left. So when she brought the beer to her girlfriend, I ordered another beer :-). Terrible, there were only three tables at 5pm on Saturday evening. This is how it works in hospitality today, I have had 7 restaurants in my life, but the customer has always come first. Otherwise, the environment is clean but uncomfortable. But that is today's trend.
D	Dudek Vencer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve vinárně hotelu byl 20.5. hudební večer. Obsluha a výběr vín tragédie. Rozlévané víno bílé jen polosuché a suché červené. Chtěli jsme si tedy objednat láhev s nadějí, že bude větší výběr, ale taková objednávka nebyla možná! Ve vinárně!!! Během večera se barman už neobjevil, takže nešlo si doobjednat cokoliv. To jsem ještě nezažila! Vybavení vinárny už něco pamatuje, dřevěné stoly značně opotřebované. První a poslední návštěva! Určitě se nevrátíme! The hotel's wine bar was 20.5. music evening. Service and selection of tragedy wines. Poured white wine only semi-dry and dry red. So we wanted to order a bottle in the hope that there would be more choice, but such an order was not possible! In the wine bar !!! During the evening, the bartender did not show up, so it was not possible to order anything. I haven't experienced that yet! The wine bar's equipment already remembers something, the wooden tables are considerably worn out. First and last visit! We will definitely not return!

Hotelové prostředí taky příjemné, čisté, přátelská atmosféra...jde vidět že tam všichni dělají co můžou, aby hotel zmodernizovali a pobyt byl pro zákazníky příjemný zážitek, což se jim alespoň v našem případě podařilo. Okolí je nádherné a pan vedoucí to je teprve sympaťák...prostě za nás kvalitní služby na nádherném místě! Doporučujeme... This is at least the hotel as it should be! Nice staff, well drafted and cold beer, great food! The hotel environment is also a pleasant, clean, friendly atmosphere ... you can see that everyone is doing what they can to modernize the hotel and the stay was a pleasant experience for customers, which they managed, at least in our case. The surroundings are beautiful and Mr. Leader is just a nice guy ... just for us quality service in a wonderful place! We recommend ...

Occasionally they'll put up a smile, occasionally they'll change your towels and maybe clean your room, occasionally the food will be edible, occasionally they won't be out of favorite food types an hour into meal time, occasionally.. You get the picture. If you expect nothing you'll be alright but this is not a place you'd want to return to. I've heard they plan to turn it into condos in the future and that's probably best for everyone.
