 The PPL website says that this Žabka also serves as a PPL parcel shop, but the lady behind the cash register told me that this is not true even though they even have PPL parcel shop and Zalando stickers on the door

I have fortunately traveled to many countries and have experienced many an awkward language exchange. With a sense of humor, many barriers can be overcome. Not true here.
I stayed in Prague for 12 days and visited this shop 3-4 times. Each time I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Honestly, it border-lined hostile. I can only smile now, but it was deplorable service.
