★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 09.06.2020 jsme si koupili bílé víno v tomto obchodě ale naštěstí jsme tento nápoj neochutnali. Při otevírání vína místo víka byla snadno odstraněna celá horní část dohromady s víčkem. Jak jsme zjistili, víno nebylo dobře zapečetěno. Proto jeho barva byla tmavší, než by měla být (to jsou známky vína zkaženého a oxidovaného kyslíkem). Vrátili jsme se do obchodu, abychom vyměnili víno, ale na naši stížnost prodavačka řekla, že v její obchodě takhle můžete otevřít jakékoli víno a že to je v pořádku. Víno jsme nevrátili. A rozhodně už do tohoto obchodu nebudeme chodit. Závěr: obchod nesplňuje normy skladování a kontroly kvality výrobků, prodavačka neplní své povinnosti . Myslím si, že by manažer obchodu měl něco udělat. Důrazně nedoporučujeme opakovat naše chyby a jít do tohoto obchodu. Podívejte se na foto vína (hlavně na barvu, na jedné fotce je naše víno na druhé normální)!
Today, June 9, 2020, we bought white wine in this store, but fortunately we did not taste this drink. When opening the wine instead of the lid, the entire upper part together with the lid was easily removed. As we found out, the wine was not well sealed. Therefore, its color was darker than it should be (these are signs of wine spoiled and oxidized by oxygen). We returned to the store to change the wine, but upon our complaint, the saleswoman said that you could open any wine in her store like this and that it was okay. We did not return the wine. And we will definitely not go to this store anymore. Conclusion: the store does not meet the standards of storage and quality control of products, the saleswoman does not fulfill its obligations. I think the store manager should do something. We strongly do not recommend repeating our mistakes and going to this store. Take a look at the photo of the wine (mainly the color, in one photo our wine is normal for the other)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní nám namarkovala 2krát stejnou kofolu a pak nám tvrdila, že účtenku nemá. Asi týden před dnešním dnem nám zfalšovala ceny na croissanty. Prosím nezaměstnávejte důchodce. Radím vám kontrolujte si ceny produktů, aby vás neokradli. Doufám, že si to přečte paní, co nás pořád “komanduje” a říká, že si máme pořídit kalkulačky.

I advise you to check the prices of products so that they do not rob you. I hope that the lady who still "commands" us will read it and say that we should get calculators.
