Very good Czech food at good prices. Very nice staff and good service. The dog also got water. We'd love to come back.

Největší problém je, že "personál" nezná aktuální koronavirová opatření vlády ČR. V prosinci 2021 bylo možné chodit do restaurace jen s certifikátem o očkování ČI PRODĚLÁNÍ Covidu-19. Ta divná paní v restauraci říkala, že všechny musejí mít očkování, což rozhodně není pravda! Ona rozuměla česky, ale nerozuměl, co si myslím. Takže neznala aktuální pravidla... velmi debilní! Ta opatření, která platila už od 22.11.2021, platila i v prosinci 2021! Na dotaz (přes mail), jestli platí i certifikát o prodělání Covidu-19 jako VŠUDE V ČR, jsem dostal odpovědi, že hosty musejí mít očkování ANEBO CERTIFIKÁT O PRODĚLÁNÍ Covidu-19! Tak co platila? Opatření, která platila všude nebo ta zvláštní opatření v této restauraci, která jsou mimochodem diskriminační?! Navíc je poloha restauraci extrémně špatná, protože se nachází asi 4km od centra Karlových Varů. Dobře, že existuje mnoho dalších restauracích v Karlových Varech! Vyhněte se prosím této "restauraci"!!! Das für mich mit Abstand schlechteste Restaurant in der gesamten Karlsbader Region! Das Personal ist weder nett noch professionell! Speisekarte sehr klein. Das größte Problem ist, dass das Personal die aktuellen Maßnahmen der Regierung nicht kennt. Im Dezember 2021 war der Restaurantbesuch nur mit einem Covid-19-Impfausweis möglich ODER GENESENENNACHWEIS. Die Dame im Restaurant sagte, alle müssten geimpft sein, was nicht stimmt! Sie kannte die aktuellen Maßnahmen, die seit dem 22.11.2021 galten, offensichtlich nicht! Sehr schlecht! Auf Anfrage per Mail habe ich die Antwort erhalten, dass man entweder geimpft oder aber genesen gewesen muss, um im Restaurant zu speisen. Also was galt jetzt eigentlich? Die Maßnahmen, die überall galten oder diese merkwürdigen Maßnahmen laut der unfreundlichen Frau, die zudem diskriminierend war?! Keine Ahnung! Außerdem ist die Lage des Restauranrs extrem schlecht, denn es befindet sich rund 4km vom Zentrum Karlsbads entfernt! Es gibt noch GENUG andere - und zwar tolle - Restaurants in Karlsbad!
