★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I když je pro mne obchod z ruky, nedokáži si představit, že bych za nákupem, servisem a posléze jenom pro radu někam jinam. Pan Novotný má velmi profesní a vstřícný přístup, k zákazníkovi přistupuje s ochotou jakoukoliv věc vyřešit. Jeho odborné znalosti a pečlivost dělají konkurenci opravdu těžkou hlavu. Dnes slevový „kupón" na právě zakoupenou pilu Stihl.....co víc si přát.
Even if the store is out of hand for me, I can't imagine that I would go somewhere else for shopping, service and then just for advice. Mr. Novotný has a very professional and helpful approach, he approaches the customer with a willingness to solve any thing. His expertise and diligence make the competition really hard. Today, a discount "coupon" for a just purchased Stihl saw ..... what more could you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakupují tam skoro denně. Majitel pan Novotný vždy vyjde vstříc a to někdy i po pracovní dobe velký výběr všeho a skoro vše skladem, naprosto skvělý a rychlý servis lesní techniky ať už záruční, tak pozáruční.
They shop there almost daily. The owner, Mr. Novotný, always accommodates, sometimes even after working hours, a large selection of everything and almost everything in stock, absolutely great and fast service of forestry equipment, both warranty and post-warranty.
