 Absolutely unpleasant personal without any interest in the client. How fast is email communication so this took my breath away.

V žádném případě nedoporučuji!
Zájezdy.cz was willing until complications arose. As we needed to solve the problem, they immediately put their hands away from everything and didn't help.
By no means do I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose to book the hotel based on the time of departure for the flight back. I wanted to have a decent night sleep and one day at the destination more. During booking I specifically asked them the question if the returning flight will be at 4pm. That is why I decided to book it.
7 days before my holiday, I am receiving the information about my reservations, including information about time of the returning flight. And it was written 4pm. I was satisfied.
Now, two days before the holiday, I am receiving the information about the changed time of returning flight. It will take of at 6am.
They said to me that they are very sorry, they were really understanding on the phone. But, when I asked them why - their answer is those things happen - it is up to airline company and we can not do anything about it.
And the worst part is, even though I lost the entire value that made me book this specific hotel, I couldn't complain to anyone, I wasn't offered anything in return, not even a reasonable answer to my question why, because those things are not supposed to happen. At least not to charter flights.
