★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zákaznické centrum ČEZ, jsem přijdete čekáte hodinu než na Vás přijde řada. Není to, ale z důvodu, že by bylo hodně lidí. Včera jsme tam seděli, přes hodinu. Celou hodinu pozorujte zaměstnance ČEZu jak nepracují za stolem. Zákazníky čekají, doba ukončení otevírací doby se blíží, zaměstnanci si z toho však nic nedělají. Jeden na mobilu, druhý to raději zabalí před čtvrtou, aby náhodou nepřetáhl se zákazníkem jeho pracovní dobu. 1 zak. na půl hodiny. Za přepážkami 5 zam. a z toho jede jeden. Neskutečný nepořádek okolo stolu. Pro zak. nezapomenutelný pohled. Když už na vás přijde řada, zam. z počátku ochotná, ale jakmile chcete poradit, vysvětlit, cena, už se to mění, už moc otravujete, rychle smlouva, chceš nechceš, ceny ceník, hotovo už končíme tak rychle. Najednou už vše jde za 10 min. Odcházíme s pocitem, že dnes jsme sem chodit neměli. Už jsme zde byli 2x, ještě jednou nás to prý čeká. Hledám jinou pobočku.

Behind the counters 5 employees. and one of them goes. An unbelievable mess around the table. An unforgettable view for you. When it's your turn, zam. initially willing, but as soon as you want to advise, explain, the price, it is already changing, you are already annoying, fast contract, you do not want, price list, done we end so fast. Suddenly everything goes in 10 minutes. We leave with the feeling that we should not have come here today. We have been here twice, it is said that it is waiting for us once again. I'm looking for another branch.
