★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po příchodu si vyzvednete na terminálu číslo a malou chvíli čekáte.
Slečna za přepážkou byla velmi ochotná, když jsem potřebovala vyměnit Opus kartu, která by mi koncem prosince propadla.
Během 10 minut jsem měla novou kartu, peníze ze staré karty převedeny na novou, podepsány veškeré papíry a odcházela jsem s novým pinem, kdybych kartu ztratila, či mi byla odcizena.
Velice příjemný přístup ze strany slečny, stále se usmívala.
Vše proběhlo bez front a moc pěkné prostředí zde je.
Určitě, pokud potřebujete cokoliv vyřídit, doporučuji zajít právě sem. Je to tu prostornější, než ve Frýdlantské ulici a můžete se zde i posadit při čekání.

The young lady behind the counter was very willing when I needed to change my Opus card, which I would lose at the end of December.
Within 10 minutes I had a new card, money from the old card was transferred to the new one, all papers were signed, and I left with a new pin if I lost the card or it was stolen from me.
Very nice attitude from the young lady, she was still smiling.
Everything went without queues and a very nice environment is here.
Definitely, if you need to do anything, I recommend going right here. It is more spacious here than in Frýdlantská Street and you can also sit here while waiting.
