Pote co jsme se prestehovali a chteli jsme zrusit smlouvu (ktera jeste nenabehla)z duvodu stehovani (coz nebyva problem) jsme museli doklad cestne prohlaseni o tom ze se jiz na stare adrese nenachazime a energie odebirat nebudeme (coz by taky nevadilo) ale smlouvu v HODONINE i po dolozeni cestneho prohlaseni nezrusili. 3 mesice od dolozeni cest. prohl. nam oznamili ze jsou radi ze budeme energie od nich, a kdyz jsme se ptali jak je to mozny, tak nam rekli ze cestne prohlaseni neeviduji. Takze v HODONINE z vas udelaji blbce a jeste to za vas nevyresi a musite na jinou pobocku. Takze ironicky super zak. centrum. Pokud potrebujete neco vyresit, jdete jinam, at mate klid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vadí mi že se plyn tak rychle zdražuje a zálohy za plyn se vrací za dlouho , to asi donutí hodně lidí přejít na tuhá paliva.Green deal bude k ničemu, abych to shrnul byli zmatky při platbě ?
