★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erbärmlicher Abklatsch von zalando.de, beim Kundenservice sagte man mir, dass die Pakete nur mit PPL zurückgeschickt werden können (nun finde man erstmal eine PPL-Filiale, falls es so etwas überhaupt gibt), dann eine Rückgabefrist von 30 Tagen, und zwar ohne Retourenschein, und wenn man darüber ist, wird das Paket NICHT ANGENOMMEN (!) - in Erwartung eines deutschen Service war ich entsetzt, als ich erfuhr, dass die neuen und original verpackten, zur Auswahl bestellten Sachen nicht zurückgeschickt werden können. Zalando Tschechien ist um einen zahlungskräftigen Kunden ärmer. Da werde ich eben weiterhin über die Grenze nach Deutschland fahren und mir meine Pakete an die Packstation liefern lassen.
Pathetic gossip from zalando.de, at customer service I was told that the parcels can only be returned with PPL (now you can find a PPL branch first, if there is such a thing), then a return period of 30 days, without Return slip, and if you are over it, the package will NOT BE ACCEPTED (!) - in anticipation of a German service, I was appalled when I found out that the new and originally packaged items ordered could not be returned. Zalando Czech Republic is poor by a wealthy customer. I will just continue to cross the border into Germany and have my parcels delivered to the Packstation.

Koupil jsem věci za 7 000 korun, přinesly jen 2 000. Služba podpory mi řekla, že poslali všechno a nemohli nijak pomoci.
Customer support and services are below zero.
I bought things for 7,000 crowns, they brought only 2,000. The support service told me that they sent everything and could not help in any way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think twice before ordering anything from Zalando. Non-existent customer support and pathetic selection of a pathetic PPL service to deliver packages. Equally pathetic PPL customer support whereas they claim non deliveries to home addresses due to false reporting peoples not being home for deliveries with subsequent requests for personal pickups at their parcel shops.
