★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Napadl mě zde opilý Ukrajinec s tvrzením, že nemám právo nosit bílou hůl když ještě vidím. Ve školách pro zrakově postižené nás ale pedagogové a instruktoři prostorové orientace učí, že z bezpečnostních důvodů mají bílou hůl nosit i těžce slabozrací a ne jen nevidomí.
I was attacked by a drunken Ukrainian, claiming that I had no right to wear a white cane while I still saw it. In schools for the visually impaired, however, teachers and instructors of spatial orientation teach us that, for safety reasons, the white cane should be worn by even the visually impaired and not just the blind.
