Velice milý a ochotný technik Honza nám při zaměřování vše vysvětlil a pomohl nám s výběrem vhodných žaluzií dle našich požadavků. Po zaměření nám hned na místě sdělil přesnou cenu za žaluzie včetně montáže.
Dodání samotných žaluzií bylo rychlejší než jsme očekávali (méně než 14 dní). Určitě vřele doporučuji!

A very nice and helpful technician Honza explained everything to us during the survey and helped us with the selection of suitable blinds according to our requirements. After the focus, he told us the exact price for the blinds, including installation, on the spot.
Delivery of the blinds themselves was faster than we expected (less than 14 days). Definitely highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U firmy jsem poptal rolety den a noc (7ks) a venkovní roletu.
Bohužel stále po třech měsících nemám vše nainstalované, vše velmi zdlouhavé. 2x zrušený termín instalace den před, po první instalaci (po 6 týdnech) 4 rolety reklamované na místě jako nevyhovující rozměr, při druhé instalaci chyběla jedna ze tří zase. 5x jsem volal sám na zákaznickou linku, abych dostal termíny, nevím jak bych jinak čekal.
Kvalitu výrobků můžu jen chválit i příjemné vystupování zákaznického servisu, dodací doby a důslednost je ale velmi slabá, zdůvodnění od techniků, že toho mají hodně zákazníka opravdu nemusí zajímat.
Taková je bohužel moje zkušenost
I asked the company for day and night blinds (7 pcs of) and outdoor blinds.
Unfortunately, after three months I still don't have everything installed, everything is very time consuming. 2x canceled installation date the day before, after the first installation (after 6 weeks) 4 blinds claimed on the spot as unsatisfactory size, during the second installation one of the three was missing again. I called the customer line 5 times myself to get deadlines, I don't know how else to expect.
I can only praise the quality of the products and the pleasant appearance of customer service, but the delivery time and consistency is very weak, the reasoning from the technicians that they have a lot of customers really do not have to care.
Unfortunately, this is my experience
