The Lord is very willing and tries to solve the problem as quickly as possible. He came to us before the deal was finished. Which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend and thank you at the same time with help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už po telefonu pán působil a jednal se mnou úplně jinak než v jiných firmách kam jsem volal. Pán přijel ještě dříve než říkal a vše proběhlo naprosto perfektně. Oceňuji hlavně super jednání a vstřícnost a snahu zákazníkovy vyjít co nejvíce vstříc. Navíc vše za super peníze (určitě nižší než u konkurence!). Doufám že pána sice již nebudu nikdy potřebovat, ale kdyby náhodou, tak už vím na koho se obrátit :) Za mě pět hvězd a velký palec nahoru k tomu!
Already on the phone, the gentleman worked and treated me quite differently than in other companies I called. The Lord arrived before he said, and everything went perfectly. I especially appreciate the great behavior and helpfulness and the effort of the customer to meet as much as possible. Plus everything for super money (certainly lower than the competition!). I hope that I will never need a gentleman again, but if by chance, I already know who to contact :) For me five stars and a big thumbs up to it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the day before. Asked if he could make it the day after between 4 and 6. Sure, he said. I will call you 30 minutes in advance. He calls at 15:53. I am not home, walking the dog, then I get home 10 minutes later and he says that he's been there and went away. When I asked why he didnt call in advance he said that he waited half an hour. Which is obviously a lie because I my phone tells a different story, 10 minutes. Avoid. Not reliable and he even tried to convince me that it was my fault if he went away.
