★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejprve děkuji za otevření zabouchnutých dveří. Rychlá práce a během 5 vteřin hotovo :) Jen mě trochu mrzí, že jsem volal v 18:34 a pán rikal že u mě bude do 15ti poté se rychle opravil do 30ti min. Dle googlu 9 min pěšky a 5 autem (asi o pět ulic dál). Bohužel cesta autem trvala 40 minut a už to vyšlo mimo pracovní dobu po 18 hodině, což je slušně účtováno. Dohromady tedy 1550 Kč. Dle tel. hovoru se domnívám, že se pán nacházel doma a zda to šlo rychleji či ne, nechám na zvážení každého zabouchlého trouby, jako sem byl já. Za blbost se platí a ještě jednou děkuji.

Fast work and within 5 seconds done :) I'm just a little sorry I called at 18:34 and the gentleman said he would be in my 15th then quickly repaired within 30 minutes. Googlu 9 minutes walk and 5 car (about five streets away). Unfortunately, the car journey took 40 minutes and it was out of working hours after 18 hours, which is fairly charged. Together, therefore, 1550 CZK. According to the phone call, I think the master was at home, and whether it went faster or not, let me consider each sacking as I was. The crap is paid and once again thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan vyjmul zlomeny klic z fabky za doslova 2 vteriny. Takze remeslne super. Podle ceniku by to melo byt od 250,-+ cestovne po Praze 400,-( jsme o tri ulice vedle od firmy:). Celkova cena byla 1000 korun, coz mi prislo opravdu nestydate,protoze jednodussi vykon uz provest nesel.
Mr. removed the broken key from the factory in literally 2 seconds. So great craftsmanship. According to the price list, it should be from 250, - + travel around Prague 400, - (we are three streets away from the company :). The total price was 1000 crowns, which I really don't feel ashamed of, because it was already easy to perform.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zlomil se mi klíč a zůstal část v zámku se bezpečnostními vrstvy. Zavolala jsem, přijel pán včas. Velmi rychle vyměnil zámek a za super ceny. Velmi doporučuji!
My key broke and a part of the lock with security layers remained. I called, the gentleman arrived on time. He changed the lock very quickly and at great prices. I highly recommend!

I closed the door of my aparment and left the key inside. It took them ~1 hour to arrive (I am 10 min away from their listed address Bubeneč), which is ok. The person who unlocked the doors was nice and professional, done quickly. However, the price was 2000 CZK, which seems exorbitant to me.
