★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes telefon jsem zámečníka přesně informoval o mojí situaci. Potřeboval jsem výměnu vložky od dveří které nebyly zabouchnuté a neměl jsem od nich klíč. Ani přibližnou cenu práce mi přes telefon nebyl schponý sdělit. Podle cenníku na webových stránkách by taková práce vyšla do 1 800 Kč s přehledem. Místo toho zámečník přišel a se slušným hereckým výkonem (včetně podrbání se na bradě) opravu vyhodnotil na 3 480 Kč. Tuto dvouminutovou expertízu jsem mu odmítl, tak si řekl o 500 Kč za výjezd. Nepovažuji to za slušné chování. Toto zámečnictví není levné.
 I informed the locksmith exactly about my situation over the phone. I needed to replace the door insert that wasn't slammed and I didn't have a key to it. He was not even able to tell me the approximate price of the work over the phone. According to the price list on the website, such work would cost up to CZK 1,800 with an overview. Instead, the locksmith came and, with a decent acting performance (including scratching his chin), evaluated the repair at CZK 3,480. I refused this two-minute expertise, so he asked for CZK 500 per trip. I don't consider it good behavior. This locksmith is not cheap.
