★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi kladne hodnotim osobni a lidsky pristup! Bleskova reakce a prvni ocihnuti jeste v nedeli, docasny zasah v den statniho svatku (!), oprava dle potreb a casovych moznosti zakaznika. Vylozene si vyhrali, aby vse fungovalo, vse jeste promazali, zkontrolovali. Se sluzbami jsme moc spokojeni.
I very much appreciate personal and human approach! Lightning response and first arrest on Sunday, temporary intervention on the public holiday (!), Repair according to customer needs and time. They absolutely won to make everything work, lubricate everything, check. We are very satisfied with the services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ta jedna hvězdička je moc. Po telefonické domluvě a zaslání adresy SMS mi pan zámečník řekl, že se staví v domluvenou hodinu. Bohužel jsem čekal marně. Když jsem po 1 a 1/2 hod. volal, tak mi řekl, že na mě ZAPOMNĚL!!!!!!
Trochu divné jednání. Asi má dost práce a nepotřebuje peníze. Nedoporučuji!!!!!!!!
Even the one star is too much. After a phone call and sending an SMS address, the locksmith told me he was stopping at the agreed hour. Unfortunately, I waited in vain. When I called after 1 and 1/2 hours, he told me he forgot me !!!!!!
A little weird acting. I guess he's busy and doesn't need money. I do not recommend !!!!!!!!
