★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Státní zámek Březnice - původně gotická tvrz staročeského rodu Buzicū z 1. poloviny 13. st., která byla v 2. pol. 16. st. přestavěna na renesanční zámek Jiřím Lokšanem z Lokšan. Roku 1623 získal zámek královský prokurátor Přibík Jenįšek z Ùjezda. Nejvýznamnější architektonickou ùpravou zámku tohoto období je vybudování raně barokní kaple Panny Marie. V letech 1728 - 1872 patřil zámek Krakovským z Kolovrat. Posledními soukromými majiteli byli až do roku 1945 Palffyovę z Erdodu. Nahlédnout do historie můžeme při vlastní prohlídce zámku. Historickým skvostem je zámecká knihovna, zvaná Lokšanská, nejstarší zámecký knihovní sál v Čechách dochovaný v původní podobě z roku 1558.
Březnice State Castle - originally a Gothic fortress of the Old Bohemian family Buzicū from the first half of the 13th century, which was in the second half of the 16th century. rebuilt into a renaissance chateau by Jiří Lokšan from Lokšany. In 1623, the chateau was acquired by the royal prosecutor Přibík Jenįšek from Ùjezd. The most significant architectural modification of the chateau of this period is the construction of an early Baroque chapel of the Virgin Mary. In the years 1728 - 1872, the chateau belonged to the Kraków family from Kolovrat. The last private owners were Palffy from Erdod until 1945. We can look into the history during our own tour of the castle. The historical gem is the castle library, called Lokšanská, the oldest castle library hall in Bohemia, preserved in its original form from 1558.
