★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do roku 1945 sloužil zámek jako letní sídlo rychnovských Kolovratů, v roce 1948 byl znárodněn a byl pak využíván i jako Ústav sociální péče o mládež. V roce 1990 požádal Kryštof Kolowrat Krakowský (1927–1999) úspěšně o navrácení majetku; ústav zde však fungoval až do roku 2001, kdy se přestěhoval do Rychnova nad Kněžnou. Zámek byl navrácen ve špatném stavu a zcela bez mobiliáře. Přesto chátrá smutně dál. Oploceno, zavřeno, anglický park plný náletových dřevin, objekt střežen kamerami. Smutný příběh restitucí.
Until 1945, the chateau served as the summer residence of the Rychnov Kolovrats, in 1948 it was nationalized and was then used as the Institute of Social Care for Youth. In 1990, Kryštof Kolowrat Krakowský (1927–1999) successfully applied for the return of property; however, the institute operated here until 2001, when it moved to Rychnov nad Kněžnou. The castle was returned in poor condition and completely without furniture. Yet it continues to decay sadly. Fenced, closed, English park full of overgrown trees, the building is guarded by cameras. A sad story of restitution.
