★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dlouhá léta o tu studánku pečoval pan Rudolf Žanda ze Smrčné. V roce 2007 ji členové Klubu českých turistů Jihlava opravili a zastřešili. Žandova studánka je pěkně ukrytá v lese. Z hlavní lesní cesty na ni ve směru od Pávova odkazuje dřevěná cedulka. Od ní už jen stačí sejít pár metrů lesem. Pramen je krytý malou věžičkou ve tvaru šestibokého jehlanu a na stromě hned vedle visí dva hrníčky. Voda ale neprochází žádnými pravidelnými kontrolami.
For many years, Mr. Rudolf Žanda of Smrčná looked after the well. In 2007, members of the Club of Czech Tourists Jihlava repaired and covered it. Žandova well is nicely hidden in the forest. A wooden sign refers to it from the main forest road in the direction of Páv. Just walk a few meters through the forest. The spring is covered by a small turret in the shape of a hexagonal pyramid and two mugs hang on the tree next door. But water does not undergo any regular checks.
