★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám velmi špatnou zkušenost: misto konzistence S5 dodáno S3. Betonárka nevěděla ani tridu betonu z objednávky. Pumpa i mix dorazily o 3min dříve než bylo dohodnuto za což mi Zapa naúčtovala čekání a obou strojů. Pumpa byla o 3m kratší než byl požadavek což ochotně nastavili hadicemi ale naúčtovali si příplatky. Vrcholem všeho byla arogantní referentka, které toto přijde v pořádku a reklamaci zamítla. Pokud můžete jdete jinam, nebo si dobře hlídejte co a kdy Vám dodají.
I have a very bad experience: instead of consistency S5 delivered S3. The concrete mixer didn't even know the class of concrete from the order. Both the pump and the mix arrived 3 minutes earlier than agreed, which Zapa charged me for waiting for both machines. The pump was 3m shorter than required, which they willingly set with hoses but charged extra. The culmination of everything was an arrogant clerk who found this in order and rejected the complaint. If you can go elsewhere or take good care of what and when they deliver to you.
