It's about people. At first we found a disgust that claimed that both of the loaders were broken, but a nice man came in the wrist and complied with us. So overall satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had this company twice pumping concrete at my place. first time issue concrete pump has been waiting 50minutes for mixer truck to deliver concrete. On Saturday morning with very little traffic it was hard to belive, that 15 min drive takes 50minutes.
second time, we ordered 24meter pump and received 36meter pump, so driver had hard time to maneuver around in this tiny parking place.
we ordered pump for 3pm and he show up before 1pm.
And more importantly, we paid for 2,5m3 of concrete and received just under 2m3. (yes we did measure) that cause some issues, dispatch absolutely declined any responsibility. Very unfair company to deal with.
