★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednán mix s pumpu na čas mezi 11:00-12:00. Ve 12:15 volám co se děje. Prý zjistí a zavolají. 13:00 Volám znova a prý se rozbila pumpa a posílají nějakou z Lovosic, prý cca ještě + 2 hodiny. V 15:00 vítězně přijíždí se zpožděním 3 hodin. Nějaká omluva? Vůbec. Nějaké informování, že je problém? Vůbec. Kdybych nevolal sám a neptal se co se děje, čekám doteď. Už nikdy více!
Ordered mix with pump for the time between 11: 00-12: 00. At 12:15 I call what's going on. They say they'll find out and call. 13:00 I'm calling again and it is said that the pump has broken down and they are sending one from Lovosice, allegedly for about + 2 hours. At 15:00, the winner arrives late with 3 hours. Any excuses? At all. Any information that is a problem? At all. If I didn't call myself and ask what was going on, I'm still waiting. Nevermore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zapa Neratovice důrazně nedoporučuji. Komunikace strašná, člověk ma pocit, že je snad obtěžuje, nespolehlivý, otevírací doba buď neodpovídá realitě nebo to pánové zabalili o hodinu dříve, 2 hodiny zpoždění při dodávce cca 2km je také slušné.
I strongly do not recommend Zapa Neratovice. The communication is terrible, one feels that it is perhaps annoying, unreliable, the opening hours either do not correspond to reality or the gentlemen packed it an hour earlier, 2 hours delay in delivery of about 2 km is also decent.
