Objednala jsem si Margaritu a Vegetarianu, šla jsem tzv. na jistotu, protože jsem byla v minulosti velmi spokojena. Ale teď byla kvalita o 50% níže. Nepropecene pizzy z moucneho těsta, nedopecena zelenina nakrajena na velké kusy, takže syrová (rajčata na dilky místo na kolečka) a na Margarite byl 1 lístek bazalky. A nějaká velmi levná náhražka mozarelly na obou pizzach, co za 5 minut byla jak uměla hmota bez chuti. Everything was in perfect order, except for the pizzas themselves. I ordered Margarita and Vegetarian, I went so-called for sure, because I was very satisfied in the past. But now the quality was 50% lower. Unbaked pizza from flour dough, unbaked vegetables cut into large pieces, so raw (tomatoes on pieces instead of wheels) and on Margarite was 1 leaf of basil. And some very cheap substitute for mozzarella on both pizzas, which in 5 minutes was like a tasteless plastic.

Po dnešku mimo jsem, když si to myslím. Objednávka nedoručena, obdržel jsem potvrzení na e-mail po objednání z webových stránek, dále jenom čekání a čekání, po více než hodině a půl raději volám na číslo uvedené v mailu, abych se ujistil. Co myslíte přátelé? Ano, za B je správně, nikdo telefon nezvedl ani po čtvrtém hovoru. Tak volám na číslo do restaurace… čekal někdo, že by to aspoň tam někdo zvedl, když bylo 21:00 a mají otevřeno do 22:00? Ne, tohle přece po tak kvalitní restauraci nemohu vyžadovat. Takže jsem to vzdal a objednal jinde. Suma sumárum, jedno jídlo za 328 Kč i s dovozem a já chci spolehlivé doručení a zákaznický servis (aspoň zvednout telefon), to jsem vážně mimo. Pro lásku boží díky, že jsem jídlo neplatil předem kartou, to by mě cele štvalo o dost více! Unfortunately, a big disappointment, how does a "better" restaurant in Havířov work? Am I out when I think Zappa’s is a higher level restaurant? I'm out of today when I think so. Order not delivered, I received a confirmation by e-mail after ordering from the website, hereinafter only waiting and waiting, after more than an hour and a half I prefer to call the number given in the e-mail to make sure. What do you think friends? Yes, B is right, no one answered the phone even after the fourth call. So I'm calling the number to the restaurant někdo did anyone expect anyone to pick it up there when it was 9pm and they were open until 10pm? No, I can't demand this after such a good restaurant. So I gave up and ordered elsewhere. To sum up, one meal for 328 CZK even with import and I want reliable delivery and customer service (at least pick up the phone), I'm really out of it. For God's sake, thanks for not paying the food in advance with the card, that would bother me a lot more!
