M	Mandeep Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good morning, i just want to inform that 23rd january timimg 19.20 i was there in the store and staff was so rude with us . also when i was calling to the manager even he was also rude . i think managment needs to make some rules for the employer to get punished or fine if they will get bad review from the custmoers. and also go to another store and learn how they are doing custmores servis. decided to never come back this branch .

The store is very well kept and modern, but there isn’t an abundance of staff. It’s located on the main strip beside a variety of other shopping centres, so if you don’t like what you have, you can simply go across the street and go look for something else.

First of all, it’s not professional , secondly I felt really sorry for this girl who was obviously new comer, thirdly line does not move when you are arguing with each other. Lady with long blond hair was really rude

Today I wanted to buy one piece and I needed a bigger size, fitting room staff in the second floor said they have the piece but wouldn’t bring it. They also let someone walk into my fitting room with all my belongings inside it.

I was asking assistants to show me where in the room I can find the smaller size of an item I was holding in my hand.(I was trying it on and it appeared too big). Workers near fitting rooms told me they have no idea where I can find shorts in the room and I should ask cashier. They didn’t even let me finish the sentence, just shouted “go ask cashier”Ok, I went to ask cashier and guess what, they also had no idea where I can find my item in other size! Just imagine, workers of Zara doesn’t know where zara clothes are located! This is ridiculous! Teach your staff or simply change it cause the current one doesn’t give a damn about their job!

I went there after working hours, I havent had my best day in my life either but I was still kind. This kind of service is just disgusting. I told her that I know its hard but she can smile to customers, no single reaction. I hope she will have same kind of service on her day-off.

Disorganised, only one person works at the counter, long queues, once you get in the front they inform you that you need to go upstairs counter for online returns besides that the sign downstairs says returns! Once you get to upstairs counter there is no one, and people are waiting in the queue already! Someone came to upstairs after 15-20 mins and no one even said a word whole time about calling someone or what is going on. I cannot believe this experience here! The management should be all replaced as they can’t manage this store!

Besides staff eagerly walking around organizing misplaced clothes, they have a great selection and you'll find clothes in multiple stories. The store is very clean and is brightly lit up.
