★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hodnotím s odstupem času až zpětně, cca 3 roky po kompletní rekonstrukci bytu. Musím uznat, že pan Nový a jeho tým odvedli práci precizně.
Jednalo se o kompletní rekonstrukci se změnou dispozic.
Od doby, co je můj byt zrekonstruován, jsem prošel spoustu zrekonstruovaných bytů, ale nikde nebyla práce odvedena tak precizně, jako u mě doma od pana Nového.
I když jsme si stanovili cenu, která zprvu byla pro mě nepředstavitelně vysoká, stálo to za to, jelikož použité materiály jsou opravdu precizní.
Teď se stěhujeme do nového bytu, který 4 roky zpět nechávala kompletně rekonstruovat realitní kancelář a jde poznat, když se šetří.
Takže firmu jednoznačně doporučuji, pokud i po těch pár letech stále funguji stejně výborně, jako předtím. A lidi - snažte se nešetřit.

It was a complete reconstruction with a change of layout.
Since my apartment has been renovated, I have gone through a lot of renovated apartments, but nowhere has the work been done as precisely as Mr. Nový's home.
Even though we set a price that was unimaginably high for me at first, it was worth it, because the materials used are really precise.
Now we are moving to a new apartment, which was completely reconstructed 4 years ago by a real estate agency and can be seen when saving.
So I definitely recommend the company, if even after those few years I still work as well as before. And people - try not to save.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechali jsme si byt rekonstruovat v roce 2019. S panem Novym super komunikace, na vsem jsme se domluvili.
Nektere nedostatky jsme hlasili hned u predavky bytu, s tim, ze nekdo prijde, opravi/dodela. Docela me mrzi, ze je nikdo neprisel opravit i pres urgence telefonicky, mailem a osobne. Reklamaci taky nikdo neresil.Museli jsme si to zaridit sami a znovu platit.
Jinak jsme byli spokojeni.
We had the apartment reconstructed in 2019. Super communication with Mr. Novy, we agreed on everything.
We reported some shortcomings right next to the apartment, with someone coming and repairing them. I am quite sorry that no one came to repair them despite the urgency by phone, e-mail and in person. Nobody resolved the complaint either. We had to set it up ourselves and pay again.
Otherwise we were satisfied.
