Dovolená zamluvena od ledna 2021 ( zaplacena záloha + doplatek v červnu) dle postupu Zarsu. 14 dní před nástupem dovolená zrušena z důvodu dvojí rezervace majitelem objektu. Po komunikaci s majitelem zjištěno, že hned v lednu informoval Zars, že v našem termínu není možné se ubytovat. Nabídl jiné terminy, ale CK již s majitelem nekomunikovala. Vybrali i druhou zálohu, napsali, že je vše v pořádku a 14 dní před nástupem napsali toto a nabízeli jiný objekt za vyšší cenu, bez vybavení, které jsme chtěli. Spoléhají na to, že již jinou dovolenou neseženete a kývnete na jejich jinou nabídku, aby nepřišli o peníze.
Nikdo není neomylný, jsme všichni jen lidé, ale kdyby slečna / paní z CK jednala na rovinu, že došlo z jejich strany k pochybení, nelhala a nesváděla chybu na majitele, stavěla bych se k dané situaci úplně jinak.

Holidays booked from January 2021 (deposit paid + additional payment in June) according to Zars procedure. 14 days before the start of the holiday canceled due to double booking by the owner of the object. After communication with the owner, it was found that in January, Zars informed that it is not possible to stay in our term. He offered other dates, but the travel agency no longer communicated with the owner. They also chose the second deposit, wrote that everything was fine and 14 days before the start they wrote this and offered another object for a higher price, without the equipment we wanted. They rely on you not getting another vacation and nodding at their other offer so that they don't lose money.
No one is infallible, we are all just people, but if the young lady from the travel agency acted flatly, that there was a mistake on their part, she did not lie or make a mistake on the owner, I would approach the situation completely differently.
