★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do nedávna vše v pořádku ale bohužel před pár dny jsem měla velmi nepříjemné zkušenosti s paní která tam byla...absolutně arogantní a to nepočítám že má zásilka byla po těchto nepříjemnostech ještě schválně o dva dny opožděna. Důvod nepříjemností byl byl pouze to že paní neslyšela jedno písmeno a poté i při dalším odesílání zboží byla arogantní. Upozorňuji že doposud jsem u vás problém neměla naopak zkušenosti se zaměstnanci byli absolutně super ale tato paní mě šokovala. Arogantní...proto toto hodnocení. Udělejte si pořádek v zaměstnancích...a opoždění odeslání zásilky o dva dny později jen proto že si paní potřebovala něco dokázat budu dále řešit....

Please note that I have not had a problem with you so far, on the contrary, the experience with the staff was absolutely great, but this lady shocked me. Arrogant ... that's why this rating. Get your staff in order ... and the delay in sending the shipment two days later just because the lady needed to prove something, I will deal with it further ....
