K	Kristyna Konecna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná zkušenost, komunikace na bodě mrazu. Balíček co jsem odeslala tak mi tam už leží zhruba 3 týdny. Posílala jsem na jinou zásilkovnu ale nevím proč mi ho doručili až sem, takže se balíček ztratil což jsem každopádně naštvaná. Ani ho dotyčný možná nedostane zpátky. Zkrátka stále visí na tomto depu a nic se s tím neděje. Nejde ani vyzvednout nic o tom nevím prostě. Nikdo není schopný se mnou komunikovat ani telefonicky, ani e-mailem. A zákaznická linka je jen robotická linka a nikam vás ani přepojit nemůžou! Takže za mě nedoporučuji. Very bad experience, communication at the freezing point. Standardně je sice mírně nižší cena než třeba Česká pošta, ale doručení trvá neskutečně dlouho a je přitom velká pravděpodobnost, že se zásilka ztratí. Milé, příjemné a zimou neotrávené. Odbavení ihned na rampě a s úsměvem. Já bych po dvou hodinách umřel ? Pokud si někdo na ostatních depech stěžuje, doporučuji brigádu na šestce ?? I ride Nehvizdy, Satalice and sometimes Prague 6. My mouth always stays open here. Last visit 19.01.2022 in the early evening and great again. Staff super ? ? Souhlasíte s vyšší cenou oproti dodání do zásilkovny. Přijde SMS s časem dodání. Poctivě v uvedeném času čekáte zásilku. Místo toho přijde SMS, že je zásilka k vyzvednutí někde v ulici xxxx. Podle rozhovoru s operátorem se řidič nedovolal. 1) nikdo v uvedený čas nevolal. Důkaz, výpis příchozích hovorů od operátora. 2) Důkaz č.2 Řidič nebyl ani, na místě určení, díky kamer. Záznamů. SMS navíc přišla hodně dlouho po termínu doručení. Čas doručení měl být 9:24 - 10:54 Čas SMS k vyzvednutí: 15:07 Máme podezření z úmyslně pachaných podvodů a obohacování se, neboť při rozvozu po jednotlivých zasilkách, bude adekvátní k ceně doručení,. Oproti doručení jednoduše na místo zásilkovny. Při součtu zásilek nedoručených na místo určení se dostaneme na jistě zajímavou cenu. Mailbox never again! You've got it figured out!
