★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zásilka byla vrácena do e-shopu údajně z důvodu nehomogenity (nesprávné zabalení). E-shop zásilku přebalil a odeslal znovu. Přišla mi výzva k vyzvednutí zásilky. Při pokusu o otevření boxu z aplikace se mi Z-Box v Postřižíně neotevřel, jen 2x pípnul. Volal jsem na support. Byl tam robot, který mi nedokázal pomoci. Po přesměrování na lidského operátora jsem se dozvěděl, že všichni operátoři právě hovoří a že budu kontaktován do 24 hodin. Nikdo mi zpět nezavolal. Již je to 26 hodin.
 The shipment was returned to the e-shop allegedly due to inhomogeneity (incorrect packaging). The e-shop repackaged the shipment and sent it again. I received a call to pick up the shipment. When trying to open the box from the application, the Z-Box in Postřižín did not open for me, it only beeped twice. I called support. There was a robot that couldn't help me. After being redirected to the human operator, I learned that all operators are speaking and that I will be contacted within 24 hours. Nobody called me back. It's been 26 hours.
