B	Bohdan Škoda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S firmou jsem spokojeny. Objednali jsme zastreseni pred 14-ti dny, dnes dodano. Oslovil jsem cca 7 firem, ozvaly se 3, 2 poslaly nabidku se silenou cenou. Tato spolecnost nejen, ze poslala nabidku jeste tyz den, ale upravila konstrukci, abych nemusel kupovat dalsi dil zastreseni, montaz byla hotova do 3 hodin od prijezdu. Samozrejme vse proveri cas, ale provedeni spoju, pevnost konstrukce, lehkost manipulace je naprosto v poradku. Montaznici po sobe uklidili, vse povysavali a predali naprosto podle predstav. Za me tedy velke diky a rozhodne doporucuji. I am satisfied with the company. We ordered a roofing 14 days ago, delivered today. Montaznici cleaned up after themselves, sucked everything up and sold exactly as you imagined. For me therefore great thanks and definitely recommend.

Stále jen tvrdí, že odeslali scházející části, ale pořád jen lžou jak to poslali a dny letí a já to stále nemám kompletní a to i přesto že tam každý den pomalu volám že mi stále nic nepřišlo. Když jsem žádal o číslo zásilky jak tak mi ho odmítají dát. Takže je vidět jak mi lžou stále dokola nic neodeslaly, když i číslo zásilky odmítají dát. A už to trvá skoro 2 týdny. When I asked for a shipment number they just refuse to give it to me. So you can see how they are lying all over again and send nothing when they refuse to give the package number. And it's been nearly 2 weeks.

Montáž vypadala zprvu celkem složitě, ale po prostudování návodů za pomoci pana mistra, který byl ochotný po telefonu vždy poradit a pí. Podařilové, která se snažila vše zařídit k naší spokojenosti. Vše se povedlo a se zastřešením jsme spokojeni. Oproti konkurenci nás zastřešení vyšlo o cca 60 procent levněji. Firmu Poolor určitě doporučujeme. S pozdravem Lysukovi Tuchořice. She managed to arrange everything to our satisfaction. Everything was successful and we are satisfied with the roofing. Compared to our competitors, the roofing cost us about 60 percent cheaper. Nakonec byl kryt přivezen po 14 týdnech .Když jsem reagoval na pozdní termín dodání u firmy, byla nám nabídnuta sleva 1000 ,-Kč v případně našeho nesouhlasu s touto variantou bude kryt demontován a odvezen .Dalším šokem bylo, když jsme museli montážní firmě zaplatit vrtáky, které byly během montáže znehodnoceny. Závěrem bych chtěl " poděkovat" firmě Zastřešení bazénů POOLOR s.r.o za předčasné ukončení koupací sezóny i přesto, že vlastníme tepelné čerpadlo. Hello. Another shock was when we had to pay drills to the assembly company. which have been devalued during assembly. In conclusion, I would like to "thank" the company Zastřešení bazénů POOLOR s.r.o for the premature end of the bathing season, even though we own a heat pump.
