★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofální firma,ani po týdnu nejsou schopni vrátit peníze za storno objednávku. To ani nechci domyslet za jak dlouho a jestli vůbec by mi zboží přišlo. Určitě zde nekupujte ty jejich levné lišty HP parts, je to Čína, lišta tak na týden a řetězy jsou až nebezpečné, dokážou se přetrhnout i ve dvou místech najednou.
Disastrous company, even after a week are unable to refund money for a cancellation order. I do not even want to guess in how long and if I would ever receive the goods. Be sure not to buy their cheap HP parts rails, it's China, the rail for a week and the chains are almost dangerous, they can break even in two places at once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa?.. ani po predchozi emailove domluve ohledne zbozi kdy mam pani napsala ze mame poslat zakoupene zbozi zpet a ze ho vymeni si balik na poste ani nevyzvedli.. vyhozene penize za postu a ztraceny cas. Absolutne nespolehliva firma..
Katastrofa? .. even after a previous email agreement about the goods when I have a lady wrote that we should send the purchased goods back and that he will exchange the package in the post or do not pick up .. wasted money for the post and lost time. Absolutely unreliable company ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution! NOT original parts. I ordered an oil pump for my Stihl 029. It arrived quickly-that was good–but was obviously NOT original, and what´s worse – USELESS as poorly made - the hole for the line feeding the oil to the chain was much TOO BIG. Oil would have leaked everywhere, but not on to the chain! Confirmed by a Stihl mechanic. I had to send it back AT MY OWN COST (non-refunded). Zatechservis said I must have a non-standard part (ie MY fault!). Found an original part–no problem. Ordered the part for about 1/3 the price from CHINA–also fit fine!
Lost a lot of time and caused a lot of aggravation. Never again.
