For the most part, today it flows in the original route in a valley floodplain passing through forest or park plots with remnants of forestry modifications. From the intersection with the Prague - Čerčany railway line to the mouth of the Vltava, the stream flows through the Vltava floodplain, the riverbed here passes through a golf course. In this section, the riverbed is partially modified and fortified with stone paving, the rest is of a natural character. In the section of the Modřanská road and the Prague - Čerčany railway line, the stream is piped. Most of the length of the stream flows through forested areas and partly through residential buildings. Rainwater sewer pipes are largely discharged into the Zátišský brook. The entire route of the stream leads through the territory of the district of Prague 4, the cadastral area of ​​Lhotka, Kamýk, Hodkovičky and Modřany.

The pond on the Zatiš brook is a perfect and relaxing stop between the housing estate and the villas. In the summer months, one can meet bathing visitors, in worse weather, dog walkers and in winter, skaters and hockey players. As a boy, I only remember a stream here, today a pond and fish, ducks, I even photographed a turtle here ..... It's quite a fairy tale under the almost-park bench that is here. Satisfaction for me.
