★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super, píchnul jsem na moto, přijel sem a hned se mi ujali. Dirka byla odhalena a opravena natotata. Než jsem se stačil vzpamatovat, už jsem mohl upalovat. Ale to hlavní, byli ochotní a vstřícní. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při požadavku na přezutí vlastních pneumatik jsem byl slušně vyhozen s konstatováním, že si je mám přezout někde na internetu, že tady se starají pouze o své zákazníky. Vzhledem k tomu, že při rezervaci termínu je na shodném webu informace o příplatku 500kč za přezutí pneumatik koupených u jiného prodejce, nevidím jediný důvod, proč jsem byl vyhozen. I já se považoval za jejich zákazníka. Jen jsem si chtěl u této firmy koupit službu, kterou nabízejí, nikoliv pneumatiky. Za tuto službu jsem byl ochoten zaplatit, včetně avizovaného příplatku, který chápu a plně respektuji. Informaci, o neochotě přezouvat pneumatiky zakoupených u jiných prodejců, doporučuji firmě uvést do rezervačního systému zvýrazněným písmem. Ušetří tak čas případným zájemcům. V rezervačním systému pak bude místo pro zákazníky, kteří chtějí využít kompletní služby tohoto pneuservisu!
When I asked to change my own tires, I was politely fired, stating that I should change them somewhere on the Internet, that they only take care of their customers here. Given that when booking an appointment, there is information on the same website about a surcharge of CZK 500 for changing tires purchased from another dealer, I do not see a single reason why I was fired. I also considered myself their customer. I just wanted to buy the service they offer from this company, not the tires. I was willing to pay for this service, including the notified surcharge, which I understand and fully respect. I recommend that the company enter the information about the reluctance to change tires purchased from other dealers in the reservation system in highlighted letters. This will save time for potential applicants. There will be a place in the reservation system for customers who want to use the complete services of this tire service!
