★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unique place with some issues. It isn't really kid friendly, but very few flooded quarries are. It gets in the shade of the mountain above it later in the afternoon. Otherwise, the water is clean and refreshing, the views while swimming are stunning and the trains that pass inches from your head are an experience by itself.
