Mein Sohn war richtig begeistert, obwohl er eigentlich kein Freund der Kletterei und des Wanderns ist. The castle ruins are easily accessible on foot, even with children. With a lot of imagination you can imagine what it used to look like there. My son was really enthusiastic, although he is actually not a friend of climbing and hiking.
J	Jana Maxová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parádní výlet! Zřícenina je volně přístupná od Besedice i z obce Zbirohy. Teď v zimě a na podzim byla u nádrže cesta úplně rozmáčená ale dá se projít výš v kopci. Určitě je výlet i pro menší děti, zvládnou ho maximálně s malou dopomocí. Při vstupu do "sklepení" není ani potřeba čelovka. Udělat si tady táborák by bylo jistě romantické ale je to zakázané! Great trip! The ruins are freely accessible from Besedice and from the village of Zbirohy. Now in winter and autumn, the road to the reservoir was completely wet, but you can walk higher up the hill. It is definitely a trip even for smaller children, they can handle it with maximum help. There is no need for a headlamp when entering the "cellar". Making a campfire here would certainly be romantic but it's forbidden!

Zřícenina je obklopená stromy a lze jí snadnou přehlédnout. Koluje o ní legenda o loupeživém Černém loupeživém rytíři, který se zde jako duch stále objevuje ? The ruins of Zbiroh (y) are a freely accessible ruin which can be reached by following the green tourist sign from the village of Malá Skála (approx. 3 km). The ruins are surrounded by trees and can be easily overlooked. The legend of the robber Black robber knight is circulating about her, who still appears here as a ghost ?
I	Irena B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak tohle byl cíl cesty a bylo to opravdové nadšení! Krása, ticho a klid ve všední den. Rada pro příchozí: u odbočky pod hradem (u jezírka) nechoďte po zelené, nejde to suchou nohou, běžte do zatáčky a tam vede pěšinka. A na podzim pozor! Fakt to klouže! So this was the destination of the trip and it was a real passion! Beauty, peace and quiet on a weekday. Advice for newcomers: at the turn-off under the castle (by the lake) do not walk on the green, it is not dry feet, go into a bend and there is a footpath. And watch out for the fall! It's really slippery!
