★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se týče stability naprostá tragédie. Neuplyne týden, aby nebyl nějaký výpadek, trvající třeba celý den. Pokud používáte internet k práci, vřele nedoporučuji!

Frequent outages, completely unsatisfactory for work or school. For two consecutive years, they turned off the Internet for Christmas and did not answer any of the phones listed on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá tragédie, kdo můžete, dejte si jiný internet, velké a časté výpadky, komunikace zaostává, rychlost velmi často snížená pod bod přijatelného užívání (hlavně ve večerních hodinách), a ten servis raději nekomentuji, už nikdy více
Total tragedy, who can you, have a different internet, big and frequent outages, communication lags, speed very often lowered below the point of acceptable use (especially in the evening), and I prefer not to comment on the service, never again
