P	Petra Drobišová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do tohoto servisu už nikdy více. Dala jsem sem ntb s tím, že nefungují 2 touchpadová tlačítka. Bylo mi řečeno, že je to oprava v rámci stovek a do pár dnů. To, že bylo třeba vyměnit základovou desku (za pár tisíc), to bych ještě zvládla - nikdo dovnitř nevidí. Ale že to trvalo 2 týdny a řešeno to bylo až poté, co jsem řekla, že odstoupím (dost dlouho mi tvrdili, že to ještě testují, přitom náhradní díl nebyl ani vyměněn) a že bez jakéhokoliv předchozího telefonátu předem mi i přeinstalovali systém, čímž jsem přišla o 99% dat a vrátili mi to ještě s bonusem poškrábaného víka s tím, že zákazník je na prvním místě, tak to fakt ne. Sem do servisu už nikdy nic. Zásilkovna funguje dobře. Never again into this service. I put ntb here with the proviso that 2 touchpad buttons don't work. But that it took 2 weeks and it was resolved only after I said that I would resign (they told me for a long time that they were still testing it, while the spare part was not even replaced) and that without any previous phone call in advance they reinstalled the system, I lost 99% of the data and returned it to me with the bonus of a scratched lid, with the customer in the first place, so it really isn't. Nothing here for service again. The mailroom works well.

Proto dávám 1 hvězdu už na to nemám, jsem z toho psychicky na dně. This Wi-Fi is constantly being cut… I can't even play Rocket League without it not seeming to me for 1 minute. That's why I give 1 star, I don't have it anymore, I'm mentally at the bottom of it.

Nechápu jak někdo může dat více než 1 hvězdu. Asi sedíte za PC a vytváříte si účty . I have had this Wi-Fi for 2 years and I am very dissatisfied… when someone calls here, it is annoying.
