★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28.3.2017 začali stavět garáž cca do měsíce tj do 30.4.2017, že bude hotová a stále není i když majitel stavební firmy si dal sám poslední termín dokončení 10.7.2017 stále není hotovo a je cca 70% . I přesto že všechny požadované platby jsem uhradil. Doporučuji s firmou podrobnou smlouvu a ošetřit vice práce. Nyní je srpen a stále čekáte zda se na stavbě někdo ukáže a i když řeknou zítra přijdeme tak nikdo nedorazí. Pokud si chcete ušetřit nervy, čas a peníze sežeňte si jinou firmu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V žádném případě nedoporučuji! Rekonstrukce bytu byla provedena, ale odvedena práce je katastrofa. Vše si připravovali a vyrovnávali, přesto vše křivé, žádné právé úhly, a vodováhu asi nepoužívá. SDK křivé, nedobrousene, probrousené. Spáry obkladů, dlazeb a silikony jsme snad horší nevideli. Nutné hlídat každý krok a přeměřit, což jsme bohužel neudělali. Nejdříve milý, potom arogantní bez možnosti domluvy.Rozpocet důsledně hlidejte. Napočítá vše, i co si nedomluvite, následně se odvíjí vysoke zálohy a viceprace. Dejte si do smlouvy přesnou požadovanou rovinatost. Centimetry lítají ve velkém,přestože šlo o malé prostory. Práce Sly rychle, pospíchal, ale kvalitě bychom nedali ani 50procent. Na stavbě se pohyboval ukrajinský pomocník, pan Husník se tam zdržoval jen málo. Nepodepisujte předávací protokol s tím, aniž byste přesně nevypsali vše, co se vám nelíbí. Slibuje že vše pak opraví, ale nejdříve požaduje doplatit konečnou fakturu. To jsme naštěstí neudělali. Vyhrožuje soudama, buďte hodně opatrní a pečlivý při výběru firmy, ať se tomuto vyhnete. A věřte recenzím, žádna důvěra to nezmění. Ušetříte si shánění právního poradenství a budete mít klidné spaní. Ostatní řemeslníci jen kroutí hlavou, pridělalo jim to spoustu práce. Hodně štěstí při výběru.

He threatens the courts, be very careful and careful when choosing a company to avoid this. And believe the reviews, no trust will change that.
