★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jediný servis, který byl v neděli schopný přijet diagnostikovat a odtáhnout auto na laně, před platbou milý přístup.
Oprava vyšla dráž než by vyšla dokonce v Praze a trvala týden. Šlo o výměnu pístů v motoru. Auto zlobilo hned další den po vyzvednutí, vrátil sem se (cca 100 km) - byli tentokrát nepříjemní a tvrdili, že je vše ok, i přes divný zvuk, který jsem sám tehdy neuměl identifikovat - cestou zpět došel olej. Později se v jiném servisu ukázalo, že dali vzhůru nohama stírací kroužek v motoru, což způsobovalo ztráty oleje při vyšších rychlostech. Autorizovaný servis.. Přesto však neubývá tak rapidně jako tehdy, mám proto podezření, že naúčtovaný olej ani vůbec nevyměnili.
Možná jen smůla, ale příště si raději zaplatím odtah než nechat vůz zde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přijel jsem tam se 4 octavií nejdříve jsem byl spíše pro smích, ale pak se vše změnilo ....určitě doporučuji ochota i příjemné jednání..

objednání na servis po tel. cena výměny oleje v DSG, bylo mi řečeno 6tis i s prací, na místě cena 7 tis. (ok, asi špatný odhad)
při příjmu jsem byl spokojen, ochota, vysvětlení problému pak jsme si prošli auto, k oleji přibyla roční prohlídka, nějaké drobnosti. nacenění 11tis.
druhý den cena 13600, na dotaz co přibylo, proč je vyšší cena. mi byly přečteny položky na faktuře, že slevu nedostanu, že jsem s autem poprvé.
neochota, řeči typu, že si mám přečíst fakturu.
Co je navíc jsem se nedozvěděl. Vlastně něco ve smyslu,, že to kolega nedokázal přesněji spočítat. pak mi poskytli slevu, zaplatil jsem 12,7 a šel domů.
