Provedené práce vypadali, že budou provedeny dobře, rychle a tak jsem byl ochoten připlatit - nejde o nejlevnější stavební firmu. Výsledek celkový je:
- 2 x provedená (tedy 200% cena) ipa neustále protéká a odlupuje se, špatně navařené, nedotáhlé pruhy ke zdi - mezery na průtok, podruhé byla lepená, jelikož inteligentní stavitel si nechal na tu první ipu naložit itong a zničil vrstvu. Stále protéká a cement kape na auta, kompletně plíseň zasáhla co mohla a stavitel se staví ke své práci zády - porad si kliente
- věnce udělány nakřivo, z důvodu zatížení vypraskali, někde jde o havarijní stav s pochybností odborníků na dobrou statiku, zajištěno trámy
- drenážní systém kolem domu nefunkční - kompletně vlhké veškeré zdivo garáže, navíc do garáže voda protéká a drží se tam
Jinak abych řekl, stavba stojí, ale ty peníze, co to bude stát navíc za opravy - jelikož pan Malinovský přestal zcela komunikovat, za znalecké posudky a advokáty, to je pro mě skutečné rozčarování z počátků perfektního dojmu ze stavitele na doporučení od známého.
Kdybych měl ušetřenu čistě částku na stavbu, tak bych byl hodně v potížích teď.
Hodně spatně provedená práce a spoustu starostí do budoucna pro zjednání nápravy.
Fence and new cottage
The work performed seemed to be done well, quickly, so I was willing to pay extra - it's not the cheapest construction company. The total result is:
- 2 x made (ie 200% price) ipa constantly flows and peels off, poorly welded, loose strips to the wall - flow gaps, the second time it was glued, because the intelligent builder had the itong loaded on the first ipu and destroyed the layer. It is still flowing and cement is dripping on cars, the mold has completely hit what it could and the builder is turning his back on his work - consult the client
- wreaths made at an angle, due to the load cracked, somewhere it is an emergency with the doubts of experts on good statics, secured beams
- drainage system around the house non-functional - completely wet all the masonry of the garage, in addition water flows into the garage and stays there
In other words, the construction is worth it, but the money, which will cost extra for repairs - since Mr. Malinovský stopped communicating completely, for expert opinions and lawyers, it is a real disappointment for me from the beginnings of a perfect impression of the builder on a recommendation from an acquaintance.
If I had saved the net amount for the construction, I would be in a lot of trouble now.
Lots of poorly done work and a lot of worries for the future to arrange a remedy.
