T	Tomáš Bezchleb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Největší výhodou této prodejny a opravny je opravdu jejich bezkonkurenční cena. Na druhou stranu s tím bohužel souvisí dlouhé čekání. Servis zde trvá podstatně déle než jinde , kde ovšem zaplatíte taky úplně jiné sumy. The biggest advantage of this store and repair shop is really their unbeatable price. On the other hand, unfortunately, there is a long wait. The service here takes significantly longer than elsewhere, where you will also pay completely different amounts.

f	fido Petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bohužel nemohu kladně hodnotit, dvojí negativní zkušenost a to zásadní poprvé zfušovaná oprava, v záruce podruhé mi tvrdili že mi vyměnili case na mém poškozeném ntb zákl.deskou který označili za šrot,nevyměnili nic a ntb funguje a nasadili cenu. Dělají z lidí blbce. Nesolidní přístup - zklamali mě. Prvotní zkušenost dobrá pak to začalo..zřejmě je třeba přijít jen jednou řešit problém s počítačem unfortunately, I cannot positively evaluate, the double negative experience and the crucial one first time patched, under warranty for the second time they claimed that they changed the case on my damaged ntb base which they marked as scrap, did not change anything and ntb works and deployed the price. They make people stupid. Non-solid approach - disappointed. The initial experience good then it started..you must come only once to solve a computer problem

Computer repairs are very handy. I am glad that there is such a shop-repair shop in Jihlava. I have only the best experience, very polite behavior.

P	Petr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starší příbuzný v důchodu, měl problém s nabíjením svého mobilu, tak aby nikoho neobtěžoval v rodině, tak zašel sám do opravny pro nový, což byla chyba (později jsem zjistil že původnímu mobilu stačilo pouze vyčistit USB konektor...). Pánové z opravny mu nabídli nový Samsung A03, který stojí normálně kolem 3700 Kč za "výhodnou" cenu 5700 Kč. Nevím co mu poskytli za super služby, které by vysvětlili tu přirážku cca. 2000 Kč.nad tržní cenu, ale nemyslim si, že je to férová cena za přenesení dát do nového mobilu - tedy přihlášení do jeho Google účtu a nainstalování pár aplikací nad rámec systému (vše měl ode mě zálohováno v cloudu, včetně fotek). An older relative in retirement, he had a problem charging his mobile phone so that he would not bother anyone in the family, so he went to the repair shop for a new one, which was a mistake (later I found out that the original mobile phone only needed to clean the USB connector ...). The gentlemen from the repair shop offered him the new Samsung A03, which normally costs around CZK 3,700 for a "good" price of CZK 5,700. I don't know what they gave him for super services that would explain the surcharge of approx. CZK 2,000. Above the market price, but I don't think it's a fair price for transferring data to a new mobile phone - logging in to his Google account and installing a few applications beyond the system (everything was backed up by me in the cloud, including photos).
B	Bailini Genuine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience with the team at here Laptops - they fixed my laptop after a terrible wine spill, and when they found out there was still an issue they replaced the keyboard under the warranty. They are very friendly and efficient, I guess that is what you need when you have a broken down lap top whilst in urgent need. They stayed in contact the whole time and were always lovely. 10/10 service - the only thing that could have made it better would be if they opened later; tough to make it to Polna after work for 6pm! My problem was sorted within 2 days, price is good, they gave me student discount too! I am based at City, easy to travel to by bus. Yes, you can drop in. By the way, thanks the engineer and the boss.
