★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vybral jsem si 211 jako pro mě asi nejrozumnější pojišťovnu. Postupem času, ale čím dál víc zjišťují, že je to pojišťovna úplně na nic. Tak neprofesionální přístup jsem hodně dlouho nezažil. Pojišťovna by mě klidně okradla, kdybych si to nechal líbit. Účtují Vám úroky a ani Vám nedají vědět. Jak říkám, pojišťovna skoro na nic.
I chose 211 as probably the most sensible insurance company for me. Over time, however, they are increasingly finding that it is an insurance company for nothing. I have not experienced such an unprofessional approach for a very long time. The insurance company would have robbed me if I had liked it. They charge you interest and they don't even let you know. As I say, the insurance company is almost useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem u této pojišťovný od doby co jsem se narodila. Tudíž už skoro 25let. Dnes poprvé z ní mám velmi špatný pocit, potřebuji něco s nimi řešit už přes 2 hodiny se snažím dovolat, ale marně. Paní na recepci mi to poprvé zvedla a dala mi 2 čísla, na které mám volat. Jak říkám 2h a stále nikdo telefony nezvedá.
Teď když volám na recepci tak už ani tam mi nikdo telefon nebere. Nevím co si mám myslet.
I've been with this insurance company since I was born. So for almost 25 years. Today, for the first time, I feel very bad about her, I need to solve something with them for over 2 hours, I try to call, but in vain. The lady at the reception picked it up for the first time and gave me 2 numbers to call. As I say 2h and still no one answers the phones.
Now that I'm calling at the front desk, no one is picking up my phone there either. I do not know what to think.
