The owner of the dental department should talk seriously with Sister Eliška about the treatment of patients. If she doesn't like this job, she should find something else. Arrogance and completely inappropriate behavior towards patients is unacceptable nowadays. Doctor, patients bring you money, and this nurse is greatly reducing your office's credit. I know that there are few dentists today, but she is not a dentist, she is just an "ordinary" nurse, ie replaceable. If you have a real interest in the good functioning of your surgery, you should do something about it. And it's not just my opinion. Whenever I sit in a full waiting room, all patients complain about Nurse Eliška. And after talking to your staff, the doctor, the nurse, who also confirmed to me that this nurse's behavior is very inappropriate, it would be good to draw serious consequences. Petr Neugebauer

Mr. Dentist rather hurt me here. Sister Eliška is an arrogant man. As for this fact, however, I cannot forget that the dentist inserted a penicillin drain into my tooth. (since he didn't ask me if I was allergic and at the same time he didn't even tell me what he was going to do) he became angry. A week after cutting the gums and not taking antibiotics and a swollen face full of pus, he wanted to grind my tooth. In this case, I got up and ran away from the chair of a strong dentist .... In that, a nurse came to me with the threat that if I return to the placement of a tooth, my tooth will be pulled out whether they are healthy or not .....

Reluctance ordered at 9:30 and after an hour of waiting, the nurse was just uncomfortable

Definitely not recommended !!! A dentist who just caused me problems, despite the unpleasant nurse and the dentist.

This year I lost my family to a dentist in Karlovy Vary and after a long search we found a dentist in Lubenec. At first it looked very promising, because when I was on call, a nice dentist helped me and I was completely satisfied. Unfortunately, there is another dentist and a very unpleasant nurse in the surgery, who definitely missed her profession and makes a visit to the dentist even more unpleasant than she is. We visited the dentist for the second time yesterday. We used to go for regular check-ups and if there was a problem it was solved immediately and not that you would be ordered to find a caries in a quarter of a year. Instead, the first visit cost us CZK 1,000, as an entrance inspection, when they more or less just did an X-ray and did not solve it anymore. Yesterday's visit was to be dental hygiene, when at a time when you were already at one, you can imagine brushing your teeth and learning how to clean your teeth properly. But the dentist does not practice it at all, especially the dental hygienist, who was supposed to do this hygiene, was missing on the spot and instead we had a very unpleasant sandblasting in our mouth (I would liken it to sanding with sandpaper), when everything splashed in your face and all over the clothes, at one point even, the dentist dropped the suction hose out of my mouth, so you can probably imagine her professionalism. After this very unpleasant experience, the dentist mumbled something under her beard about caries, she was not even able to tell me what it was, and when we were all charged 800 CZK for leaving with a bleeding mouth with caries (which they are said to be resolving in 3 months) and their gums are completely torn. After a few hours, the pain escalated, now I can't even eat properly and my head hurts. The same for the rest of my family. So if you are considering becoming a patient in this dental office, I do not highly recommend it. They will just give you more problems and your wallet will get thinner and thinner.

The worst experience! We were ordered and I waited for an hour and a half. Terrible approach! The anesthesia didn't even start working and my tooth was already tearing, a mad pain. One doctor injected anesthesia, tearing a completely different tooth. No one even asked if the anesthesia was working anymore.… However, they hurried home.

Today I visited the surgery and I must say that I am maximally satisfied, I was taken by a blonde doctor and a dark-haired nurse (there are more of them), a chair is ripped out today, another one tomorrow. Both ladies very nice and handy.

The only dentist there was Dr. Asif, with whom we travel to a new office. What's left there is useless, he can't even inject, so every activity is painful. In addition, not many activities take place, after all, pulling out a tooth should be easier and it can't do that either. This is completed by a new Ukrainian "dentist" who does not recognize an open tooth even after the fifth warning and the second X-ray examination. Nevermore!
