1. Změní otevírací dobu z 12:30 na 13:00 na internetu ani zmínka
2. Nemocný člověk čeká půl hodinu na chodbě. Nechápu zamčenou čekárnu.
3. 12:59 jde sestra do vnitř s úsměvem Vám řekne to je jeste brzo.
4. 13:05 klepu.... Po otevření na mě spustí
, že to je nevychovanost... Jedině Vaše nevychovanost odpovídám
5. Poslali na mě nejakeho dědka, který asi taky nepochopil, že e nedodržují co mají a misto omluvy Vás ještě buzerujou. Lidi oni jsou tady pro nás a ne my pro ně. Jsou službou jako, které koliv jiné odvětví.
