Takže doma jsme zjistil, že jsou mi velké a druhý den mi byly s úsměvem vyměněny za jiné. Prodavačka byla ochotná,usměvavá,nic nebyl problém. I bought winter ankle boots there. I tried them just in a hurry and when I left I was told that if there was a problem, I could come and change them. So at home we found out that they were big for me and the next day they were exchanged for others with a smile. The saleswoman was willing, smiling, nothing was a problem.

Při reklamaci mi bylo řečeno, že reklamační řízení se budou snažit urychlit, protože monitor je potřeba hlavně v prvních měsících života dítěte. Po 3 týdnech jsem se informoval jestli je již reklamace vyřízena, protože monitor nutně potřebujeme. Prodavačka mi absolutně bez zájmu sdělila že není a nic s tím nenadělá, protože do konce reklamační lhůty chybí ještě týden. Teprve po mé výrazné výtce mi později telefonicky sdělila, že monitor přijde opravený v průběhu dalšího týdne. Myslím si, že by neuškodila větší aktivita a iniciativa pracovnice za pultem. We bought a baby monitor that worked only 1 month. During the complaint I was told that the complaint procedure will try to speed up, because the monitor is needed mainly in the first months of the child's life. After 3 weeks, I inquired whether the complaint is settled, because we urgently need the monitor. The saleswoman told me absolutely without interest that she was not and could not do anything about it, because the complaint period was missing a week. It was only after my strong complaint that she later told me by phone that the monitor would be repaired in the next week. I think it would not hurt the greater activity and initiative of the worker behind the counter.

It is not possible to park here in the morning, even though there is a car park right next to the store. The staff is very unfriendly, with no smile on their face.
