Mechanics very annoying. They made themselves experts, but their intelligence was minimal. They haven't fixed anything yet. Terror.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto neprofesionální přístup zaměstnanců servisu. Při vstupu mě dost jasně dali na jevo, že svačí a nepřejí si být rušení. Sekačku zn. Hecht nechtěli vůbec příjmout na servis, popř. nejdříve za měsíc. Důrazně nedoporučuji a nechápu, proč je Hecht uvádí jako autorizovaný servis. Tady už nikdy a Hecht už si taky nekoupím.
Absolutely unprofessional approach of service employees. Upon entering, they made me quite clear that they were brewing and did not want to be disturbed. They did not want to accept the Hecht mower at all for service, or at the earliest in a month. I strongly do not recommend and do not understand why Hecht lists them as an authorized service. Never here again and I won't buy Hecht again either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sama za sebe dávám maximální počet hvězdiček. Profesionální, a přesto lidský přístup jak personálu, tak přímo majitele.
Svědčí to o tom, že to jsou opravdu odborníci, a já nemám problém se na ně kdykoliv obrátit.
Poradí a vysvětlí, to čekám ostatně všude...ale oni se vážně snaží vyjít zákazníkovi maximálně vstříc, což se dneska moc nevidí.
Docela se divím těm různorodým recenzím, kdy se mi vlastně jen potvrzuje, že s blbcem se prostě nedomluvíš, i kdyby ses na na hlavu stavěl.
I give myself the maximum number of stars. Professional, yet human approach both staff and the owner.
It shows that they are really experts, and I have no problem contacting them at any time.
They will advise and explain, I expect it everywhere ... but they are really trying to meet the customer's needs as much as possible, which is not much seen today.
I'm quite amazed at the various reviews, which actually confirm to me that you just can't talk to a jerk, even if you stand on your head.
